  Very rude service and manipulative as well. When I said that I want to change the date, they said that I have to switch to business class or first class (EVA). Then, when I confronted them that in Vietnam, the travel agent told me that there were indeed many economy seats available. But since I bought the tickets from them, they had to change the tickets for me. After they assure me that I had to switch to either business class or first class to have a seat on the date I want, they later on sent me an email saying the completely opposite.
  
  When I give them my passport and asked for confirmation/receipt that they received it, Ms. Annie was very angry and said that I could write whatever I want on the piece of paper, she would sign it and noone has ever requested such a ridiculous thing like that before (really, saying stuffs like this to a customer just because they ask for a receipt that you received their passport????). Ms Annie has a temper and mental issue I think, since she can easily be very angry just for no reason?
