  Be warned - this is a dispatcher only apparently for who knows? contractors who are almost certainly not bonded and licensed.
  
  We agreed on a price of eighty-dollars for two rooms (small 1-bedroom apartment).
  
  The cleaner showed up with extremely minimal english-speaking skill and suggested - get this - removing the carpet to clean it and then reinstalling it! The price would be around six-hundred dollars. Then he immediately asked my wife if she'd be paying cash. He made her very uneasy before she asked him to leave. Then he calls me at work and says he can do it for three-hundred twenty-dollars. Beyond the pale.
  
  We had no trouble finding another cleaner who arrived same-day and did a fine job for just over one-hundred dollars.
