  Ms. Trang is a good talker, but do not believe what she says. She promised to mail me a refund check after over charging my account, but I never got her check. Every time I called to ask, she wasn't there. They gave me a really nice runaround. I wouldn't dispute the charge from my credit card because I didn't want anything to happen with my airline ticket. It was my first time booking tickets here, and it would be my last!
