  This place feels pretty much always busy! It's a modern-looking eatery/bakery that specializes in beef stew (bò kho). The meat was not very tender when I had it but I ate it at the beginning of the day so it might not have had time to stew. That being said the flavor profile was good even though it lacked salt. The wait staff was friendly enough. I would suggest either coming here later in the day or finding somewhere else.
